Not really, more of a combination of mouse and keyboard. Instead of having to drag and move a piece, u can just press a key associated with the piece (customisable) eg. k for King. Unfair in time scrambles cuz u can just move ur mouse around ur king in circles.

Be carefull with premoving- latermate with 2 queens, many times it will result in stalemate.
