Games from candidates tournament not available in database

Hi

I have noticed that when you go into lichess.org/analysis and start copying moves from any game from candidates tournament lichess will not find it in database.
I'd expect that all streamed games are automatically being added and recognized by lichess but it seems not.

the master database is updated in irregular intervals every couple of years or so. the lichess database is only for games played on lichess.

Wouldn't it be easier to automatically update master's db when tournaments take place?

if you have time every time tournaments take place, then probably yes. but if you're a volunteer that's unlikely.

But I'd assume that could be done automagically. Am I wrong?

i am pretty certain that if doing something automatically would help the people who curate the lichess database, they'd request for that to happen themselves.
