Feature request: Personal tournaments, playing a set number of games against the pool

There was an interesting idea brought up when the ChessFeels podcast interviewed @Nojoke (Season 2, Episode 3). They were discussing how to break people out of binges and someone suggested showing a tournament rating after a certain number of games. It's similar to a method proposed by ChessMood to always play a set number of games and record the results.

I would love to see "personal tournaments" implemented as a feature.
* You would specify the number of games and the time control preset and then play that number of games against the pool.
* It would work like an arena, where you click to get the next game and the ability to withdraw. There would have to be a time limit on how long the tournament could last, say 3 or 4 hours.
* At the end of the games, it would give you tournament stats.
* There wouldn't be any trophies, but perhaps it would keep track of personal best results in the last three or six months.
* The member's tournament page could have a separate page for personal tournaments, so that you can avoid polluting the normal tournament stats.
* Setting up the next tournament would provide a necessary break that might stop binging.
