When does a provisional rating become a regular rating

I have played 117 classical games and still have a provisional rating. How many games does one have to play to have the question mark removed from one's rating? Thank you.

There is no set number of games. lichess.org/faq#provisional says that the rating stays provisional until the RD drops to 110 or below. Yours is 120. It was probably much lower a few years ago while you were actively playing.

You haven't played for ages. Start playing frequently again and your rd will drop.
