When Resigning is a Blunder...

The one that I remember was the rematch between Garry Kasparov and Deeper Blue of game 2. Garry Kasparov resigned in what he thought was a lost position. However after much analysis, it was proven that he could have drawn game 2 if he had played a specific set of moves.

I think when he found out about this, it was unsettling and he ultimately lost game 6 from the exhausting series of games 3, 4, and 5 which were all hard fought draws if I remember correctly.
I usually tell my opponents that when they agreed to play this game was a blunder.
