winning a game and no getting rating points

Hello all,

I have just won a game against a player on provisional 1900+ and no points were given to me. I don't understand why. How can I solve this matter?

If you are referring to this game en.lichess.org/pfdeQB4K#0 the reason is that it was a casual game. You can only get rating points when you play rated games. :)

Hmm I meant to post a link to the game, not an embedded game. What did I do wrong? :)
