Who came up with the term "You have the right to remain silent"?

The term "you have the right to remain silent" stems from the Miranda rights, which were created when police tortured information out of a criminal (last name Miranda) and used that information to incarcerate him. The Miranda rights also state that someone cnnot bear witness in their own case. It's to protect people, stating that they don't have to speak, basically.
A budhist monk came up with it.it was first a philosophical statement but somehow the USA police adopted it

You guys have no recollection nor respect to the real history because the one who originated this phrase is the enforcer himself - Robocop!
Maybe it's like "If you wish, you could refrain from becoming vocal"? Doesn't that sound a lot nicer?
Dumb Americans. I find them utterly gross, to be honest.
