Need for Voice/Video Chat when playing chess games, how to manage that...

Do you think it will be more fun for players if one can also have a video call or a voice call while playing the game.. will it enhance the gaming experience....

Have been looking for this option, the best way seems to be to use another app like Skype or What's app for the voice/video part, however this works only if you know the person to share their details on these platforms.. if somehow people could get connected via these apps while playing the game that would be beautiful....
