What you guys think about the idea to drop pieces with hotkeys ?
Perhaps even allow to setup own hotkeys or provide a standard set, P for pawn, K for knight etc.
Hotkeys for everything! Not only for crazyhouse.
Even for move pieces! It would be cool i think.
As long as the cursor is already on the correct square, that sounds interesting... in particular, right-click to pawn drop (or least valuable piece drop, in the order PNBRQ) sounds useful.
I suppose mobile + tablet traffic ist at least 30% so there would be an unfair advantage.
On the other hand both systems are already handicapped and the hotkey support is just an advantage in lower time controls.
Right click draws arrows.
maybe you can set hotkeys on/off and arrows, or it only apper if you dont have any hotkeys pressed together

Or maybe we don't need hotkeys for chess? Last time i checked this is not starcraft
For me hotkeys would be very unfair, just keep it like it is
this hotkey idea is ridiculous. 99% of the site won't use it.
Because shift + left click, then left click is hard.
Please do left click to piece from stack, then left click to square on board.
