Why do people play games here with no increment?

because then its possible to flag and that makes very much fun...until you are the one that get flagged

at least for me, its definetly to flag people

I believe keyboard-mouse set is faster than android, with better pre-move actions if you use drag-to-move settings
No, it means better winning chances for those with the better connections, that is true. But as we can choose whether to play increment or not, Forkings statement is not correct, too. But there should be more games 3+2 or 5+5 - these are the best for people with weak connections.

I like to draw. I'd rather draw than lose, and if my opponent is much weaker I even prefer drawing to winning ... Without increment I have almost no chance to win and also in these situations I am happy if I can at least draw.

No one's forcing you to play without increment. I also prefer to play with increment, which is why I choose to play with increment.

I think you mean 10 minutes to eat, unless you mean a 5 minute game.

Makes sense.

Makes less sense. Why would you prefer drawing to winning, especially against a much weaker opponent when drawing would lose you rating points?

No, I think he actually means a 10 minute game with a maximum of 20 minutes in which he eats and plays. :-)
That's some bacward logic. If you can't play with no increment with your poor connection, why do you play with no increment, and how is your poor connection my problem?
