This team creates tournaments ( both rated and non-rated) with special themes such as playing style of famous players, which encourages players to try out new styles .( If TAL , then tournament games can involve sacrifice etc.) Also I believe that endgame is the most important part of chess , so tournaments will involve common endgame positions ( By setting those positions) .
