If I lost from a winning position, I would be sitting inside of my hotel for 2 hours just existing.
if I lost from the beginning to the end, I would be analysing the game and just accept it

I can handle it. If you can't handle losing then why are you playing chess?
you have to learn from mistakes and not get mad or sad
I feel glad, that's mean that i need to learn from those who beat me. And i always congratulate any oponent who beat me !

When I feel like I played as well as I could, I feel pretty good, like I can learn something.
When I hang my Queen or some major piece because I was being dumb, or run out of time in a winning position with easy move to finish, I silently scream and drop to the floor.... sometimes I roll around. It's so annoying.
