Draw offers not in line with rules of chess.

I think if you offer a draw when it's your turn to move, making a move will cancel your draw offer. (Which seems to be against the FIDE rules as stated in #1.)

In time scrambles in drawn positions (like king & rook vs king & rook), this is somewhat annoying as even if both players want a draw, most draw offers won't remain visible long enough for the opponent to notice and accept it.

Also, withdrawing draw offers without making a move should not be (and a.f.a.I.k. is not) possible. Otherwise you could offer draws in time scrambles and quickly cancel them hoping for your opponent to lose time while trying to accept the draw.
