Can I create my own team? by the looks of it, we can only join the existing teams?

Quick question. How can I create a team vs team battle similar to this one?

Dynamic Chess will be able to pool together a bunch of players!

@infiniteadaption you can't add a new team for that battle. As far I know only the Teamleader can create a Team-Battle and invite other Teamleaders and set the numbers of teams - but this one was set up by Lichess.

As I'm one of the weaker players (more then 400 players are over 2000 rating!) I shouldn't join in - so I would help my team with not giving too many easy points to the opponent. But - when we remember why this happening is set up - I think we all should join in - because it's about to come together, have fun together, fight together and laugh and annoy for 2 hours together - and at the and 1 Team wins - but tausend had together a good time. What can be more important!

Is it possible to play just some games and "pause" or "exit" the tournament after a certain period of time, like an hour or so?
