How to revoke the penalty for a swiss tournament as a team leader

I tried to enter a swiss tournament today and the internet failed me so I couldn't withdraw so I could the 24 hour ban and I have a tournament later but I can't join how can I make an exception so that I can join.

@TNTT when creating the tournament you have the option must have played last swiss game turn that off not sure if you can change it after creation.

also always have a backup device ready it saves you from alot of pain
